We will have installation of officers on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
State Convention will be held in Lafayette at the Garden Plaza Hotel from May 17-19, 2019. The last day for early registration is April 30, 2019 at $50.00 a member or guest. The cost will be $60.00 a member or guest after April 30th. The Friday Night Social in Opelousas will cost $12.00 a plate and must be purchased in advance when you register for convention if you plan on attending.
The first District Deputy Clinic for the 2019-2020 Elk year will be held on April 6, 2019 at Opelousas Lodge # 1148. The clinic starts at 10:00 AM and I’m sure there will be a lunch that can be purchased if you are interested.
The 2019-2020 dues for Regular Members will be $68.00 and Lifetime Members will be $46.75.
